What is the information used for?

We use the information to communicate with you on matters relating to Educa and early childhood education. This information helps us understand your needs and provide quality service overall. Other reasons include the following:

  •  We may need to share your information with our trading subsidiaries, service providers, associated organisations and agents for the purposes mentioned above.

Educa will not sell or publicize your information in any way unless you have specifically asked us to.

By providing your personal information to us including any “sensitive” personal information you consent to the collection and use of any information you provide in accordance with purposes mentioned above and this privacy statement.

You also consent to Educa to transferring any required information, for any of the purposes mentioned above, to other countries. In the event of any such transfer, Educa will, if appropriate, ensure that your information is protected properly.

The Legal Details

The term “Educa,” “we,” and “us” includes Educa LTD and our affiliates and subsidiaries.  The Privacy Policy explains how Educa may:

information we obtain through the Sites.

The “Sites” means the websites located at, and and any associated mobile applications and Internet services under Educa’s control, whether partial or otherwise. This also includes webinar platforms like Livestorm, landing page services such as, or any other platforms Educa uses to collect personal data.  This also includes sites like SendGrid, Intercom, AskNicely and other sites used by Educa in connection with providing the services provided by Educa at, and

Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as: name, address, email address, or phone number.  We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not allow a third party to easily identify a specific individual.

The terms “post” and “posting” as used in this Privacy Policy shall mean the act of submitting, uploading, publishing, displaying, or similar action on the Sites.


We collect Personal Information when you:

  • request information, such as pricing info;
  • register for a webinar;
  • join our newsletter or subscribe to our blog:
  • post a comment to any of our Sites;
  • when you make purchases; and
  • communicate with us.

We collect the information you submit while you use the Sites, such as information about online course participation.

We also collect information, such as anonymous usage statistics, by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technology as you use the Sites.

Registration.  You may browse the Sites without registering or providing any Personal Information to us.  To create an account on the Sites, you may need to provide Personal Information, such as your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number, as well as the name, physical address, and telephone number of your company.  You may also provide other optional information.

Making Purchases.  If you make payments through the Sites, you may need to provide Personal Information to us or our third-party credit card processing providers, such as your credit or debit card number.  You may also need to provide your shipping address and other information to ensure the proper delivery of your purchase.

Identification Numbers.  We may issue you or your entity identification numbers, such as Org ID, Site ID, or CN.  We may collect these identification numbers from you to provide our services.

Using the Sites.  We may collect information, including Personal Information, you post to the Sites, such as when you post it to chat rooms or in survey responses.

Customer Support.  We may collect Personal Information through your communications with our customer-support, marketing, and sales teams.

Cookies, Automatic Data Collection, and Related Technologies.  The Sites collect and store information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics.

With Your Organization.  We may share your score on the Getting Started course, only with your supervisors in your organization.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures.  We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information, other account information, and content if we believe doing so is required by law or if those actions are reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with legal process, such as a court order or subpoena;
  • enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use;
  • respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties;
  • respond to your requests for customer service;
  • respond to law enforcement;
  • investigate and prevent unauthorized transactions or other illegal activities; or
  • protect our or others’ rights, property, or personal safety.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers.  If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction.  We cannot control how such entities may use or disclose such information.

This Privacy Policy does not govern any district, centre or school’s collection, use, or disclosure of personal information through the Sites, and we are not responsible for any such collection, use, or disclosure. Parents, please contact your child’s district, centre or school to understand the district or school’s privacy practices or to access, change or delete information collected by districts or schools in connection with the Sites.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and we do not want it. We will take steps to delete it if we learn we have collected it.
